LATE : Any clients MORE then 5 minutes LATE will then create an issue with the sanitation, and set up for NEXT client . So if your MORE then 5 minutes LATE, you will be required to pay for your full service, and your appointment will be cancelled until your NEXT scheduled appointment. This lady, Marie Cole, was one of the very first clients I had when I started my career. She believed in me and stuck with me.
