All art is collaborative, in several different ways. The artist will interact and collaborate with the subject matter, whether that’s a person or an experience. Without that collaboration, there will be no art created at all. And once created, different people will see different things in a picture, sculpture, or piece of conceptual art, and so place alternative values on it. In this case I wanted to talk about the collaboration throughout my life with my mother @tuchi_design...er. Beside supporting me on every decision I’ve made, my brand wouldn’t been the same without her. Her artistic eye and encouragement for this project to work no matter what, has been priceless. She has done most of my branding in collaboration with @leal.io, catalogs, packaging, assembling, constructing, advising, working long nights before a show....omg I can go forever with the list. On this picture, @phylactere_ontheroad is wearing my mother’s coat when she was 16 years old, my mom created the background for this photo shoot and cried with me when I couldn’t help feeling emotional about the beauty of these pictures taken by @damiansiqueirosphoto All this to say, never hesitate to collaborate with other artists, it will take you higher than you expected. I can not help finding beauty in superposition, transparency, color, more color, color everywhere. I am very lucky to work along with people that find the same beauty on things, @damiansiqueirosphoto is the perfect example. He has been able to interpret my deepest feelings and put it out in amazing images that transcend in the heart. He finds the beauty in every single possible color combination and the right tones for the spirit of the picture.... He puts the most minimum detail into the lighting, just like a movie scene, like a painting.
