National Audio Video COVID 19 Response Update Good news! We have reopened our doors to serve our customers starting today, May 14th, 2020. We are grateful for the minimal number of COVID-19 cases in Edmonton and we are doing our part by taking the necessary precautions to keep numbers low and protect our staff and your safety by observing Alberta Provincial Health recommendations. Physical distancing guidelines will be followed of course. Our increased cleaning procedures in...clude wiping down frequently touched surfaces, including the front door, and sanitizing the credit card machines after each customer use. Also, a hand sanitizer station is located at the entrance as you arrive, and we ask that you sanitize your hands as you enter. We are still doing curbside pick-ups, so if you prefer, we can provide service to you by the phone or by email. You can then pick up your products at the curb during regular work hours. Thank you for your patience as we ramp back up to fully servicing our customers. We are gradually bringing back our staff, so if you plan to come in and want to see someone in particular, please call in advance to make sure your audio/video consultant will be here when you visit. As can be expected, our installation team (appropriately masked and gloved) is working through a backlog of service appointments and it will take many days to serve those clients. If you have called in for a service call, you are on a list and we will be contacting you shortly to set up an appointment.
