CHORAL CONCERT - SUNDAY May 9th at 9 am It is all about mom! This is the day we pay tribute to mothers and mother-figures in your life - your mom(s), grandmothe...rs, those special aunties and adult friends that have nurtured and inspired you. There is a stunning work by Rebecca Dale (which became No 1 in the UK album Classical Charts), and equally gorgeous music by John Rutter, Libby Larsen, Frank Ticheli, Johann Christoph Friedrich Bach, J.S. Bach, John Tavener, Bill Douglas, Jean Sibelius and YSAYE M. BARNWELL. En cette saison chorale 2020-2021, la pandémie COVID-19 continue d’avoir un impact considérable sur le secteur des arts et de la culture au Canada. Pour nous as...surer que nos membres se fassent entendre, Canada Choral s'est associé(e) à 30 organismes nationaux et provinciaux de services aux arts représentant diverses disciplines artistiques aux quatre coins du Canada afin de commander l’Enquête nationale sur les répercussions dans le secteur culturel (ENRSC). Nous invitons les artistes professionnels ainsi que les organismes de chant choral professionnels à remplir ce sondage. Ces artistes professionnels incluent les chanteurs, chefs, directeurs artistiques, compositeurs, arrangeurs, administrateurs/directeurs/travailleurs du milieu choral ainsi que les accompagnateurs/pianistes collaborateurs -- tous ceux qui reçoivent un salaire ou un paiement pour leur travail dans le secteur de l'art choral (excluant les travailleurs en éducation).
