We continue to wait for life to get back to normal. Waiting for God to come, waiting for the vision to come to life, waiting for us to be able to gather together.all of these things require God’s patience as we wait. Studies show that we have greater resiliency when we anticipate rather than know when things will end. We trust that it will end just don’t know when! This also removes the frustrations of false deadlines for example that we will all be back in church in June (like happened last year!)

Caring and Sharing By the Numbers 70+ the number of families we have accepted to the program this year 100+ the number of children 12 years old and under for whom we are committed to providing a minimum of 4 gifts based on 3 needs and 3 wants provided by the family 135+ the number of adults and teenagers for whom we are committed to providing gift cards for their personal Christmas shopping... 225+ the number of items that have been signed up for gifts and gift cards by generous donors like yourselves $18,000 the amount of money needed to pay for the grocery cards and gift cards for each family $10,000 the amount of money needed to pay for the gifts for the children 12 and under $14,000 the amount of money donated so far We are about 1/2 the way there but 2/3 of the time has elapsed between launch and delivery day? What does that leave us looking for to make this happen? Another $14,000 to pay for the grocery/gift cards and gift items for the families we have committed to OR $10,000 to pay for the grocery/gift cards AND 225+ items to be selected and purchased to fulfill our wish lists.
