Position: Apprentice Electrician (Full time) Job Details: The apprentice electrician reports directly to the supervising Journeyperson. They install, test & troubleshoot electrical equipment, components and devices; Read and understand electrical drawings, blueprints and specifications; Maintain log books, safety reports, time sheets & material lists; They interact with customers, coworkers & work alongside other tradespeople in a professional manner in line with company policy. Wage: TBD-based on education & experience. Education: High school diploma or equivalency; relevant college diploma or pre-apprenticeship program recommended. Experience: Previous experience in the construction industry & familiarity with hand and power tools Other Credentials: First aid; working at heights; aerial platform training, MUST be able to pass a criminal record check, have valid drivers license with clean driving record. Work Environment: Fast paced; long periods of standing, crouching & kneeling; working from heights and in confined spaces; Inside & outside work sometimes in inclement weather; hot, cold and noisy environments; must be able to lift heavy loads for short periods of time; The ideal candidate will be able to work within a team but also work well with little supervision.
