For 15 minutes twice a week, we invite you to make space in your day to experience the calming and quietly transformative experience of stillness, silence and connection. What began as a way for theatre workers to find some calm in the eye of the creative storm has become a virtual offering for all in this time of uncertainty and precarity. The Virtual Stillness Room is a coming together to experience the calming and quietly transformative qualities of stillness, silence and... connection. We continue our twice weekly sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:30pm. It is free but registration is required as space is limited. For more information or to register: https://www.necessaryangel.com/virtual-stillness-room

Michelle Siemens worked with us over the summer, finishing her placement hours required for the post graduate certificate program in arts admin at Humber College. But guess what? She's also a very talented emerging opera singer! Have a listen, and if you are so inclined, vote for her! You will find her in the Opera Emerging Professional category. Way to go Michelle!
