Date: September 1, 2019. Dear Valued Customer, We hope everyone is enjoying this beautiful summer weve been having after a very long, record breaking and challenging winter. We had a difficult season last winter with record breaking 20 days of snow in January that never let off and a total of 289 cm for the season, everyone was happy to see the season come to an end. Also, we had the sudden passing of our beloved owner Denis S...t. Amour. We have been working hard and this season we have some amazing drivers who have extensive snow removal experience and there will be a lot of training completed with new drivers to ensure efficient, quality and timely snow removal. We have also changed some of our snowfall maximums to accommodate overage snow accumulations that will be of benefit to you, please read through the contract for details. As always, we will continue to provide you with constant communication throughout the season. If you have not been receiving notifications, please add your email address to your contract. This has proven to be the most effective way of relaying upcoming events, plan and updates. Again, we will do our best to keep it light and funny. We would like to take this opportunity to send our loyal and existing customers our contracts early to avoid last-minute sign-up for this coming winter.
