DIY Garland This week I've been in decorating mode at my apartment. (No tree yet though ) This year I decided to make some of my own garlands with dehydrated orange slices. Ever made them? Here's how I did it. ... I dont have a fancy dehydrator so I just used my oven. I preheated it to 215C Lined a cookie sheet with parchment paper Sliced 2 medium sized navel oranges Then leave them in the oven for 5-6h (I flipped them half way to dry out the other side) They turned out amazing! So I made an adorable little garland with cinnamon sticks, cedar and baker's twine! I'm also going to add some of the orange slices to my evergreen wreath I also made some orange pomanders cause the smell is amazing!!! Hows your holiday decorating going? Custom Chair Pads I thought I would post these gorgeous yellow linen cushions on this snowy Sunday. We purchased the yellow cushions already made, we but we did make the custom chair pads. I love the reverse piping detail. We did deliver these a couple weeks ago, but then decided we needed some little black buttons to finish off the tufts. ... Chair Update My client has this gorgeous wicker chair, and needed a new chair pad cover made. We picked this beautiful cream, tan and black stripe so it would contrast nice on the brown of the chair and will work well with all seasons for decor. For a touch of black we did the custom lumbar, with the stripes running each way! (Love how it turned out ) ... I also love that we did 2 different striped fabrics! I love stripes on stripes (if you do it correctly) She already had the sheepskin throw which adds that extra cozy element but still keeping it light and bright. Beautiful Combination! Home Oasis My client really wanted to add some black into her fall decor this year, so we ordered some gorgeous new cushions to flank the 2 centre ones. I ABSOLUTELY love the way it changed to whole vibe in her living space, it adds warmth but not your typical Fall colours. She wants an oasis to come home to and who can blame her? ... She also purchased our Elizabeth table runner and it looks fabulous on her coffee table. (it was a one-of-a-kind peice from our Mom&Me line) 1 word: STUNNING!

Bathroom Blinds We made a little trip to Guelph yesterday to install these 2 blinds for a newly renovated bathroom in a GORGEOUS Victorian house. Swipe to see them!... They removed a wall to make this bathroom larger, so it added another window, but they are 2 different sizes.
