Did you know that as a patient of the NNFHT you have access to our Single Session Counseling Service? Wondering what 'Single Session' means? One morning every week, some of our Mental Health Counselors are available for SAME-DAY appointments. ... The focus of an appointment is determined by each client’s unique needs. Whether coping with a challenging situation, inquiring about services, or looking for an understanding or non-judgmental ear, our mental health counselors are trained to help clients find their personal path forward in a direction that aligns with what is important to them. During the COVID-19 pandemic we are offering virtual Single Session appointments (phone or video). St. Catharines Site Patients can contact Laura at 905.988.9617 x226 by 8:45am on Wednesdays for an appointment that morning. Virgil/NOTL Site Patients can contact Jennifer at 905.468.2177 x130 starting at 8:45 am on Fridays for an appointment that morning. Appointments are first come, first served.

A very special thanks goes out to those who dropped off sweet treats, coffees and hot chocolates to our NNFHT staff working the drive-thru clinics and to all of our community partners and volunteers who have helped with planning, donations and volunteered their time.
