Bring Your ‘A’ Game This phrase, that most of us have heard numerous times, refers to bringing maximum effort, focus and undeniable commitment. It’s an encourag...ement to do your best no excuses. When you bring your ‘A’ game, it means that you are leaving nothing on the field, court, home or work center. You’re giving it your all. Today I challenge you to this A game. It’s not about you. It’s about those around you. Make the maximum effort to check on others and make sure they are ok. Encourage them to reach out for help. We need to be a team and carry everyone through this tough time together. Stay safe.

Niagara Olympic Club is pleased to share that we have been selected by @CTJumppstart to receive a grant from their Sport Relief Fund. The fund helps community sport organizations like ours continue to provide access to sport and play for Canadian kids. This grant will go a long way towards helping us to build our strength training center in our clubhouse. Community sports groups have faced COVID challenges with the lack of public indoor training facilities being open and a...vailable for rent. Our center will provide a safe clean space for athletes to train. The Niagara Olympic Club is grateful for the Return to Training and Competition Guidelines provided by Athletics Ontario @athleticsont and Athletics Canada @AthleticsCanada. With these guidelines in place we can provide athletes with opportunities to train and compete. Being active promotes physical and mental health for children. #sportrelieffund See more
