6 helical piles to be installed by NPC as per engineer drawings. 55’ deep to hit till will stabilize this foundation for good. PERIOD!!

One building is waterproofed, leveled, backfilled, insulated, & graded. Flashing to finish it off and on to the next building !

Brackets worked like a charm!

We are almost complete with the helical pile installation on the 5 unit complex. Raise and levelling is next with my fabricated safety brackets.
