My favourite part of a wedding is the vows. I love getting a glimpse into the couple's inside jokes and dreams. I love how you can hear a pin drop as everyone stifles back their happy tears. And I love how, in that moment, everyone watching holds their loved ones close. I know writing your own vows isn't for everyone, and it is YOUR day so, you have to do what makes you happy! ... Tell me your thoughts! ! Did you / are you planning on writing your own vows?

The mug says it all! (Zoom-in required) I have a couple days off before officially starting a new position, and they are NEEDED to get my holiday shopping done!... With the way things are in Toronto right now, sorting everything out for the holidays is a little more stressful than usual... How are you keeping your cool ?

I won’t lie, the second I saw the tragically hip on the label I was sold. I don’t usually grab a bottle without reading about it but this time it definitely worked out! This Chardonnay blend by @stoneyridgewinery is full bodied, rich + extra dry. You can smell the French oak the second you open it up! I highly recommend!... It was just released December 12th so hurry + get yourself a bottle ... or two or three before it’s gone! Details from the @lcbo below: - - - - - - - - - - - - - - sourced from three different vineyards in Niagara with aging in 50% stainless steel and 50% new French oak barrels for 7.5 months with lees stirring. A comforting, inviting nose of ripe apple, tropical fruits, toasty vanilla bean, buttercream and spices. It has spicy bite on the palate and is backed by rich, ripe apple, lemon tart, tropical notes and a smidge of citrus zest to keep it all lively and vibrant through the core.

Planning a wedding can be stressful. Now planning a wedding during a pandemic is on a whole other level... More than ever before, couples NEED a planner. If a wedding coordinator isn’t in the budget, there are still many things you can do to prepare for the uncertainties that come with getting married during COVID-19.... 1. Make sure to have a COVID plan in place with vendors, venues, family and guests. 2. Expect you guest list to change. With constant fluctuating social gathering limits and the overlap from postponed weddings in 2020, your RSVP list is bound to look a little different. 3. And Remember!, it may not end up being the wedding you dreamed of, but it is still the person of your dreams. Focus on each other! Your wedding will be perfect no matter the bumps in the road, because you’re together - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I know this pandemic isn’t ideal (putting it lightly) but I am loving the Mr. + Mrs. face masks. Are you like me, and coordinate your face masks to your outfits ?
