Ninja Kids Academy

Dear Ninja families, there is great news coming from the Ptbo Sport and Wellness Centre today about Ninja Academy programs, stay tuned for great news coming our way!

We are excited to share the accomplishments of our students since September and tell you about where we are headed. Please indicate your interest "going" in the post and we will schedule your arrival time to maintain our gathering responsibilities. See you there!

We cheer on both of these remarkable athletes in our class, we celebrate their achievements and get inspired and motivated with their gold medal victories. Because they are in the same weight class, they will have to compete to see who goes to the Olympics. This will be both hard and inspiring to witness, we will cheer both of them on.

Ninja Academy is growing and we are seeking an apprentice to support our Education Accompaniment Program. Teachers college qualifications or Montessori graduate is a significant asset and experience with early childhood education. We are seeking teachers that can critically think outside the box to give kids the most enlightening education experience possible. Before we left the dojo in March for an extended obligatory break I received this special laminated gift from Ninja Oake depicting the tsunami in the essence of Japanese artist Hokusai. How profound this gift was the day before what felt like an eternal shutdown, but we weathered the storm and returned in full force to ready ourselves for the next Shiai! Thank you Ninja Oake for this gift to be used for future lessons and inspiration to weather the storm.

We finally have a dinosaur in our collection by Ninja Orion, this stegosaurus will make a great sticker and lesson in using our tail as a defence. Thank you Ninja Orion for your colorful and detailed depiction!

We love Ninja Kids creations, this one by Ninja Nolan depicting a Moose which we will no doubt turn into a sticker for an upcoming lesson. Thank you Ninja Nolan for your dedication to the Academy!

We are really excited to announce that Ninja Kids classes are coming back starting after Thanksgiving Monday. We are offering classes on Tuesday's at 5:15, and Saturday's at 9:15am and 10:15am at the Sport and Wellness Centre. Have you heard of Ninja Academy's new Education Accompaniment Program? Our outstanding elementary school teachers have developed an amazing curriculum which you can learn about through our website: www.ninjaacademy.ca We have openings on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday's and focus on character development while teaching independence and resourcefulness.

We only use bands, belts and obstacles to practice Judo at home.
