A Walk in the Chef’s Garden Back in my restaurant days, I had the luxury of picking vegetables from the gardens everyday and serve them to my guests. In the peak of summer in Ontario, the gardens were filled with various vegetables. Inspiration hit meone morning and I wanted to paint the gardens onto a plate. This led to the creation of A Walk in the Chef’s Garden dish.

It’s a responsible choice and you will grow a deeper connection and appreciation for your food I look forwards to summer when I can pull radishes, pick salad greens and cucumber, all from my garden. And when I can’t grow it, visit my local farmers to pick up some peaches My ingredients mostly come from the terroir and the tastes come from my land
