Well, for those who don t realize... I broke my back just as this covid 19 hit... and have recovered at lease 95 %, , the pool and Nordic Walking have been amazing in my rehab..... soon, we will be starting our classes, and training... for easy excercise.. boost immunity, lose the isolation curve! What are you loking forward to?
