Well after 15 years of Dog Sledding and 11 seasons running a Dog Touring business in Timmins; I will no longer be providing dog tours. Due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer have the means to provide the "Dog Sledding Experience!" I was first introduced to dog sledding in Whistler; funny enough by people from Timmins! Jeff Pederson, (Geoff?/Norm) Hired me as a guide Rheuben Gannon Rosalind Steel Jay Biasetti Joe Gaces all trained me, and the rest of the Whistler crew. I'...ve met so many interesting people over the years and it was always very rewarding being able to introduce the sport to so many people. On that note I would like to thank my brother Rheuben Gannon for starting the business with me. Dan Kirouac for the countless hours of trail blazing, dog house building and well too many things to count. Winter is on the way and dogsled tours are being offered once again at Kamiskotia Snow Resort. Saturday and Sunday weather permitting 2 hour tour $200 per tour 6 adults max... 10 kids max $50 per person additional Participants are encouraged to drive the sled dog team!!! Great fun.
