Manitoulin Island's Cup & Saucer Trail is featured in Lonely Planet's Best Canadian Hiking Trails! Just east of M'Chigeeng, this 9km trail on the Niagara Escarpment leads to the highest point on the Island (351m) and includes 2km of dramatic 70m cliffs with breathtaking views of the shoreline along the North Channel.

In case you were wondering....The seven clan totems will be the start of an interpretive experience that will take you up the warriors trail. Plant signage will... explain the usage of a variety of medicinal plants including Anishnaabemowin audio translations via mobile app. This trail experience will be completed with an outdoor space for cooking over the open fire. The pedestal signs will be installed late fall with the official opening in spring 2021. You still have time to enjoy the fall colors on the trail so get out and enjoy all her beauty. #hikeon #destinationindigenous Indigenous Tourism Canada Indigenous Tourism Ontario Northeastern Ontario Tourism Destination Manitoulin Island Manitoulin Life What's Doin On The Manitoulin See more

Fall paddling in Northeastern Ontario is THE best! Thx Josie Dinsmore Photography for sharing.
The question I get most often from people over the past few weeks is "so.... Are the colours really nice right now?" The answer is "absolutely!" Great options still available for October for couples all the way to groups of 16 or more! We look forward to seeing you!
