Once again T-Rex goes after a birthday cake that's not his! This time at the 40th Anniversary of the Adiroindack Hot Air Balloon festival.

The proprietors and staff of a fabulous restaurant in Ferrara, Italy - "Fuocolento" - www.fuocolento.com. From the right - Attilio, Chiara, Rita and their sous chef whose name I have forgotten! (Me bad!) After a long day at the festival we had an incredible meal at this restaurant - food and wine were fabulous - I would highly recommend it to anyone who is heading to Ferrara!
