When life gets to me and I am feeling down or overwhelmed, I often take a walk around our meadow. Sunsets like this are grounding for me. It takes me from my head to my heart and reminds me that I'm okay. That life is spectacular, filled with fierce pains, exhilarating highs and all that is in between! I'm feeling so much gratitude for the gift of another beautiful day.

Somebody got out of the pen, into the fly paper and went for a walk but they couldn't hide the evidence!!!!
