On behalf of NTR Barrie we would like to say Thank You to all frontline workers who are working around the clock to keep us safe and provide us with the basic needs to survive. National Training Rinks 21.11.2020

We will be running a 3on3 Mini League starting THIS Saturday July 25 through until Sept. 5th. There will be only two parents allowed inside the rink. These two parents will act as the coaches, there will be NO spectators. Thank you for your continuous support and understand through these unprecedented times. Hi everyone, We are so excited to reopen our doors and get back on the ice tomorrow. Things look a little differently since the last time you were here but our main priority is to keep you safe while having fun. We have adopted many safety procedures and precautions that will enforce social distancing to keep our players entering our rink safe, as well as our NTR Barrie Staff. Stick handling with balance. Focus on hockey stance - feet shoulder with apart - knees bent over top of toes - chest up - hands away from base ... Drill Application - holding up one foot for 30 seconds stickhandle while staying balanced then switch feet - make sure to roll top wrist while stickhandling to cup the ball/puck allows better control and avoids choppy stickhandling See more
