Nurture

Stuckness. I’m sure it’s not even a word, but it captures how I’ve been feeling lately. Normally, having little motivation would lead to a negative spiral of thoughts that worsen my mood. I am trying to learn that feeling less than okay is just that, perfectly okay. Our days, weeks, and months flow with periods of motivation and drive, just as they do with this stuckness, overwhelm, and frustration. Today I want to remind myself that it is okay to rest, in these in-between moments. Sending love.
