MEET THE BOARD: Meet Michelle Linington an OAC '14 BSc Agr Hons and MSc '17 Graduate Favourite OAC Memory: Late night Euchre games, pizza parties and themed pub nights.... Clubs/Events that you were involved with while on campus: '14 Class executive, SFOAC, OAC Grad Board, College Royal, Junior Farmers Square Dancing Favourite Alumni Event(s): One of our newer events the Agri-food Skiday. I also love still love Aggie Goodtimes. Why I wanted to join the OAC AA: It was a way to get involved and stay up to date with the OAC. MEET THE BOARD: Meet our Treasurer Andrea Hurst. Andrea is a OAC '09 Agriculture Business Grad. Favourite OAC Memory: I could list off so many things that stand out in my mind, but I think above all the common theme was the camaraderie that I felt being a part of this college and the friendships that I developed there and that continue to this day.... Clubs/Events that you were involved with while on campus: '09 Class Exec., OAC Leadership Conference, Inner tube Water Polo, College Royal, OAC Goodtimes Banquet, and many others! Favourite Alumni Event(s): The Curling Bonspiel has always been one of my favourite events, even before I became part of the board. Why I wanted to join the OAC AA: A colleague approached me about joining the OAC AA, and it appealed to me because of the impact the OAC and U of G had on my life but also because it’s a young board (which is often not the norm in agriculture), and I believe allows us to be creative and impactful, while still having fun #OACAlumni #OACAA100 #MeetTheBoard

MEET THE BOARD: Our Past President, is Clinton Buttar. Clinton is a OAC '02A Dip AGR & '06 BSc Agr Ag Econ Major. Favourite OAC Memory: Organizing good bye Aggie Pub for OAC 01A/03 - it was a packed house at the Denim! College Royal OAC class competitions would be a close 2nd and Crop tour would be right there too!... Clubs/Events that you were involved with while on campus: Class Exec, Inter mural Sports, College Royal, '06 Square Dance Set Favourite Alumni Event(s): OACAA Curling Bonspiel Why I wanted to join the OAC AA: Shortly after I graduated, I started getting involved and giving back to organizations that had a profound affect in my development, helping me learn who and what I wanted (and didn’t want) to be. I spent a number of years volunteering both as a county director and leader with 4-H, and then in 2013 I had the opportunity to get involved with the OACAA. #MeetTheBoard #OACAA100 #oacalumni

The OAC students are planning a OAC Scavenger Hunt!! SFOAC are inviting all current students and alumni to join in the fun of this social distanced Aggie Spirit event! Teams will consist of one student from each of the current years plus one alumni. Teams will hunt for items from a list of 50, between November 4th - November 8th. ... Each year, our Association is proud to select the Faculty Award Winners. Not only do the faculty members help shape our education, but they also help make the OAC one of the most well known and respected programs for education and research. It is only fitting that our Faculty receive proper recognition for their efforts.
