With the increase in COVID-19 cases, we wanted to provide an update of our safety protocols. If you have been in contact with anyone who is required to be isolation at this time, please call the Spa and reschedule your appointment. We want to ensure our clients that your safety will remain our top priority. We have kept our space squeaky clean throughout this time. We’ll continue to do so and thoroughly sanitize all stations and equipment before, during, and after each appoi...ntment. We will no longer be performing services that require the removal of your mask (i.e facials and lip/chin waxings). If you have an upcoming appointment for one of these services and have not yet heard from us, please reach out to reschedule your appointment. To our previous, as well as new valuable clients, we want to fill you in on the procedures for Ocean Quest MediSpa for the foreseeable future! - Inquiries and consultations before services will be conducted by telephone. - Clients shall stay two meters apart from others where possible. -Clients will be required to leave the premises if they are symptomatic. -Clients MUST practice proper hygiene (wash hands, cover coughs and sneezes) -When arriving for your appointment please stay in your car and call to let us know that you've arrived. We will then let you know when you can enter the building. -We will NOT be offering walk in service at this time. -Upon entering the Spa, you will be asked to sanitize your hands before your service and wear a face mask at all times PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK. -No food, drinks, books or magazines will be allowed to come into the spa. -Credit or debit preferred. -All rooms will be completely sanitized and disinfected before and after every client. -We will perform triple(3) services in our group room (if clients are in the same bubble) where we can safely social distance but no larger groups at this time. -We will refuse service to any client that we feel is not safe to be in the Spa; we can reschedule you for a later time. -Late appointments MUST be rescheduled-no exceptions. -Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to avoid late timing resulting in your appointment being rescheduled, as we have allotted time between clients to ensure the spa is properly disinfected. -Clients will not be allowed to have additional people with them unless they are having a service at the same time. If you require someone to attend with you for medical reasons, please let our staff know before you arrive.
