Good Labour Day Monday to all our "Foodies". We hope everyone had a great and safe long-weekend. WE WILL BE CLOSED LABOUR DAY MONDAY AND TUESDAY-RE-OPENING WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 9TH AT 11:30 AM FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL, STAY SAFE.... As many of you have met my "Sous Chef" Val this season and got to know her by name at the order window I would like to thank you for treating her like family as she is my new family. Val thank you for being a people person and a hard worker this season, as she is going back to Chef's school this week. Starting today @ 4pm our "FOODIE ENTREE FEATURE" will be: Seeing this is our last month of "CREATIVITY" for this 2020 season, I have decided to re-create (again, by popular demand) for our last "FOODIE FEATURE" of this year, in memory of my Mother (Mary) and Father (Paul), the original owners and creators of The Shish-Kebob Hut on Parkhill & Water and The Corfu on Charlotte St. who guided me to create great fresh and flavourful cuisine an...d be a people person, their creation of a Greek dish called "TIGANIA". Marinated Pork Tenderloin, Greek Loukaniko (sausage) sweet peppers, onions and of course garlic in wine reduction stir-fry on a bed of our seasoned rice with a Greek salad for ONLY-$16.95 taxes included.
