Happy New Year friends! Is this the year you finally join us? We declare 2019 the year we live all heart, no filter! Self-love redefined. It's more than just bubble baths and Brene Brown books (but we really love those too). Yoga is not about fixing what is broken in us, but getting closer to loving who we are, as we are, even the bits that are broken and imperfect, without shame.
