I purchased our brewing equipment a few years ago from a brewery that was upscaling... I can’t tell you how good this feels, after not being 100% sure it would even work after sitting for so long. Taking a break from cleaning and doing what I can to stay busy. Still a little more construction left to do, once it can be organized so that its safe for everyone coming in here to do so. Just a quick update on whats happening at the brewery and taproom... as you can see, the drywall is almost finished. A couple more spots of mudding and lots of sanding on Monday to finish up, then we should be moving the tanks in on Tuesday.
