Feeling alive and gratified from our first LIVE, in the flesh, performance since 5 months. Thank you Alvin, Antonio, Marissa, Mark, Joshua, Molly, Emmanuel for the past few weeks of deep nourishment for the soul.

I look forward to sharing the third of a forest triptych, "Hold still a moment," in development these past months in isolation. This time joined, close but far, by the one and only Alex Mah. This Sunday, July 5 at 1pm, via Instagram Live @Response.Dance, along with a line-up of inspiring Vancouver dance artists.
