REOPENING ANNOUNCEMENT Markham location opening FRIDAY, JULY 24! We are happy to announce our Markham location will open its doors starting Friday, July 24, 2020. Online bookings for our escape rooms are now available and can be made at www.omescape.ca... Unfortunately, board games will currently be unavailable in accordance with the Ontario Government’s Reopening Plan. Your safety is always our top priority. In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, the following measures have been put in place for enhanced protection: - Increased sanitization and cleaning of escape rooms and common areas - Each room will be disinfected between each round and be thoroughly sanitized. - Reduced time slots and limiting the number of people allowed in the building at any one time - Mandatory mask or face coverings to all staffs and customers - Hand sanitizers will be available in our lobby area. - Private bookings only For more information, please contact [email protected] Thank you for supporting our business in this challenging time. Dear Customers, At Omescape Canada, it is our top priority to ensure the health and safety of our fans and staff. Due to the recent development of COVID-19 in Canada. We are taking all the necessary precautions to keep the risk low. In response to the current situation, Omescape will be doing the following: - In addition to our standard cleaning procedures, we have increased our sanitation processes for our whole facility.... - Our game rooms and props are disinfected before and after each play. - Lobby, washrooms and other common areas are sanitized frequently. - Our employees are required to wash their hands frequently. - Our employees are instructed to stay home if they recently traveled or not feel well. - Friendly reminders to sanitize before playing our games. - Our booking policies have been temporarily altered to allow for greater flexibility for rescheduling and cancelations.
