Guys... we have AMAZING news. After the announcement today, we are cleared to REOPEN ON TUESDAY!!! We absolutely can’t wait to see all our students back for in-person lessons and classes next week! We’ll continue our cleaning and sanitizing procedures to ensure the studio continues to be a safe place to spend time, but the online option is still there for those of you who are more comfortable with that. This is such great news for our whole Omnes fam, and we can’t wait to see you next week!

Artists of all kinds are shining a bright light into the world whenever they put on their dance shoes or sit down at their instrument. To our Omnes students - that’s you! Thank you for spreading hope when the world needs it most, and more importantly, keep spreading it!

Night number three of Halloweek brings us the terrifying Night on Bald Mountain composed by Modest Mussorgsky and featured in Disney's Fantasia. It's the story of a witches' sabbath on the mountain with invites extended to all creatures horrifying. They dance all night long until the sun rises and they vanish into thin air.

This is Maddie! She’s the last of our teacher features during Teacher Appreciation Month. Maddie is a student teacher and a dancer here at Omnes. She’s been a part of the Omnes family for many years now, and it wouldn’t be the same without her!

IT’S ALIVE! Welcome to the second day of Halloweek! We give you the truly terrifying creation of Frankenstein from the ballet of the same name. What an electrifying performance!

We present to you, the Coronavirus Etude written for piano and sanitizing wipe! The music teachers have all become quite proficient in this piece since the start of the year.

This is Shannon! She’s our violin, ukulele, and guitar teacher here at Omnes and she’s also a music therapist! Shannon decided she wanted to learn the violin after she watched a concert given by the Nova Scotia fiddle legend, Natalie MacMaster, when she was younger!

Dance is for everybody and every body!

"[Dance studios] have gone above and beyond with protocols to make sure the spaces are safe for the dancers." This is great news! Dance class is a controlled environment where it is easy to establish routines to ensure the health and safety of students and teachers!

Say hi to Miss Lauryn! She's a senior dancer and a student teacher with a busy, action-packed, fun-filled schedule here at Omnes. She's always ready and willing to lend a helping hand, and we're so lucky to have her here with us! And did you know... she's left-handed??
