Sunshine, beach glass and swimming as I prep for two days of Synchronicity with my Demartini fam. Buddhas teachings share that when you meet the one there ...will not be butterflies, but instead a feeling of recognition and familiarity. I have certainly found family and familiarity in the rooms of this institute, but this time I have butterflies. Perhaps because we haven’t been face-to-face in so long or maybe a flitter of excitement about my top value (learning) and the opportunity for personal growth and new ideas. I’m experiencing an incredible sweetness because of the togetherness and sense of home I perceive in the group. It makes me realize also all the hugs and open-hearted silliness we share at OM and what an incredible gift we share together as human beings. By looking in one another’s eyes, embracing one another and sharing tears and laughter; we experience the rawness and beauty of humanity. Nothing is ever missing, it only changes form. When we perceive something is missing, it’s because we have not yet identified the way it has magnificently transformed and is still in our lives. Though I can see the new forms, I also look forward to the day we can hug, as we look into one another’s eyes again I love you guys and am so grateful for all that we have shared together on this journey so far
Keep going You are needed in this world, in this time, in this moment. Lonely as you may be, you are so loved and an integral part of healing humanity What do you love so deeply that it opens your heart to Unconditional Love? What does it feel like to pause in that space and breathe in life? #breathoflife #covid19 #covid #youarelight #nevergiveup #love #inspiration #truth
Take a Breath ~ Did you know that breathing and thoughts are connected? ... ~ When you feel anxious and stressed out, your breathing becomes shallow and rapid, and occurs from your upper chest. Mindfully directing the breath can trigger the brain to reduce the number of anxious thoughts and restore wellness in minutes. Begin by taking an extended deep breath from the belly and release it through your mouth for 4-6 rounds. This simple breathing exercise can bring attention to your body and trigger a rapid relaxation response. Just Breathe. #justbreathe #takeabreath
