In this 3-hour interactive workshop, you will discover DYNAMIC tools to help you START the conversations, EXPLORE and DEFINE personal comfort wishes, and EXPERIENCE powerful techniques to bring COMFORT during difficult times. After this workshop you will be able to:... - Sensitively start a conversation with your loved ones about your end of life wishes using the Death Deck - Explain the importance of including personal comfort wishes in your holistic advance care plan - Use energetic grounding and visualization techniques to create comfort from within yourself in a time of need - Record your personal comfort wishes using My Personal Comfort Plan This workshop will help you move beyond cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all end-of-life plans.
