He is a certified CanFitPro Personal trainer specialist, Darby training systems level 1, fascial mobility training, striking fundamentals and is currently taking precision nutrition. At One, he is focused on weight loss oriented goals and loves hypertrophy and strength training. Syed’s favourite things to do in the gym are s...uper sets. I love pairing exercises back to back to not only increase intensity but to add efficiency in short timed workouts. His hobbies include lots of sports (hockey, soccer and volleyball), playing guitar and studying as he is always looking to improve himself as a trainer. There are also several other variations of Romanian deadlifts that you can do, including the single-leg Romanian deadlift, the dumbbell Romanian deadlift, and the trap-bar romanian deadlift.
