Welcome back to our Registered Massage Therapist, Alessio Skrynnyk! Alessio is in the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you'd like to book a massage, give us a ring at 416-783-7175.

Meet our physiotherapy student, Marija! Marija is a second-year MScPT student at the University of Toronto, finishing her degree in October. She has a background in neuroscience and enjoys applying this knowledge to her physio work. So far, Marija has been working with our physio Kasra, focusing on orthopaedic injuries and pains.

We're re-opening on Monday, June 8th and we can’t wait to see you! We have all our government and professional college’s health and safety measures in place for your return to One Step Ahead Mobility. This includes measures like screening our team and clients, physical distancing protocols, cleaning and disinfecting procedures, the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), limiting numbers of staff and clients, and changes to the booking and payment processes. To start, we ...will be offering in-clinic physiotherapy and chiropody services. A limited number of home visits for physiotherapy and registered massage therapy will also be offered. And, for the present time, group classes will be available virtually as well. We will continue to offer our online sessions on their own, or in combination with in-clinic or home visit treatments.
