BSL BS still going on in Ontario. VAS is claiming it’s the ban that’s requiring them to keep these dogs. It isn’t. All three of these dogs’ families have shown the paper work and documentation to satisfy the required proof that these dogs are not Substantially Simiar to any of the names breeds targeted by the ban.

For clarification. A Bull Terrier is not a pit bull. The Bull Terrier breed (Target Dog) or (Don Cherry’s Dog) Is not a banned breed in Ontario. Kilo is a French Bulldog crosses with a Bull Terrier. Neither breed is banned in Ontario. Obviously, we don’t support the ban for any dog but these seizures are ridiculous.

He passed in 2011 from Lymphoma but I’ll never forgive partisan for denying him the ability to play and walk without a muzzle on his beautiful face and spreading so much hate against him and others that look like him that we had to form group walks in order to keep one another safe. Absolute crap that this is still going on. The dog is a mixed breed with a happy home. Nothing in the law requires Vaughan Animal Services to refuse to return Ringo to his family. ENOUGH of this abuse of power and horrible behavior from those who should have the dogs’ welfare as their first priority!
