Mullion patterns are a critical feature in architectural design. They can add substantial detail to the facade of a building. The @kensington_lofts_hintonburg will have a very similar pattern as shown on the building image seen above giving a classy and timeless exterior.

6 fully customized design packages will be issued before construction. Our goal is full customization so your loft is like no other in Hintonburg.

Due to fire rating requirements, we have to complete a fire rated assembly and then build our bulkheads to assure compliance between separate dwelling units. With this in mind we have to manage the units in succession for proper work flow. Here we see a sleek hybrid bulkhead system to wrap the supply runs. Multi unit residential is our specialty.
