Forgot to post yesterday but I did want to share this amazing combo that I was diffusing yesterday! These both together made such an amazing smell, they also smell so good solo. Valor is an amazing oil and is very big for emotional support. Its known to provide courage! ... Spearmint well spearmint is great for metabolism and such, but the smell I just couldnt resist! Last night I was woken up in the middle of the night feeling so queasy and nearly threw up. I also had a leftover headache from the migraine I had during the day. I got up and went and used Digize on my stomach and applied the Peppermint oil on my temples, forehead and neck. I was able to fall asleep nicely without pain or that nausea feeling. Gotta love these two oils! Did you know that Digize is one of the most popular of Young Living oils? ... Also Gary Young mentioned himself that if he only had one one to choose what would it be? PEPPERMINT. Its definitely one of my favs!!

Hi friends! Its no secret around these parts how OBSESSED we all are with Thieves Cleaner! First, I have to share that just one bottle of Thieves Cleaner concentrate fills up 15 of the amber glass spray bottles pictured below, say what!? The value is incredible! I use Thieves Cleaner as an all-purpose cleaner to safely sanitize countertops, dining tables and surfaces (who wants to eat off of surfaces sprayed down with harmful chemicals?). What I love love love, is that we ...can take that very same bottle of Thieves and use it in countless ways! 20 of our favorite uses for Thieves Cleaner are: + Put 2 capfuls in a large bowl of hot water and soak essential oil roller and dropper bottles for a good cleaning between uses + Use undiluted on stuck on adhesives as a natural way to remove goo + Dab onto stubborn laundry stains as a pre wash stain remover + Dilute a capful in water and soak extra-smelly sports equipment and activewear + Use to remove stains and cloudiness on plastic food storage containers + Keep solution fairly concentrated to remove hard water build-up and soap scum + Dilute and spray on plants suffering from pests and/or mold + Remove fingerprints and streaks on glass and stainless steel + Lightly mist on filter of vacuum to remove smells + Sanitize cutting boards and porous cooking surfaces + Use diluted to remove carpet stains and spills + Neutralize smells from pet and kid accidents + Sanitize dishwasher between uses by running 1 capful of thieves through an empty cycle + Put 2 caps full in a sink of hot water to soak pots and pans with tough stuck on food + Washing machine smell musty? Spray inside of barrel and run a capful of Thieves concentrate through a cycle + Make a soft scrub with Thieves cleaner, water and baking soda: scrub grout, bath tubs, inside of sink, cook tops, inside of oven etc. + Clean and safely sanitize kids toys by spraying with thieves and wiping down. Thoroughly clean bath toys by soaking in warm water with 2 capfuls of Thieves Cleaner + Put half a capful in a small spray bottle with water and keep in your purse or diaper bag. Spray down restaurant tables, shopping cart handles, gym equipment, toilet seats, public restroom changing tables all-the-germy-things + Clean your car - interior and exterior/ windows/ tires/ dashboard you name it! + Refresh and clean wood cabinets and wood floors. Add a couple of drops of orange or lemon essential oil to make your wood glow! *** Tip: always spot test in a hidden area before using Thieves on all of your surfaces. There are so many people doing New Years Resolutions for 2020. Many of them are about health, weight loss, fitness, etc. People are measuring items, counting calories etc. I thought I would post an Essential Oils tip for health weight loss. Here it is: Grapefruit essential oil may: Aid in metabolism boost Curb cravings... Increase endurance Increase energy Grapefruit essential oil contains a compound known as nootkatone, which when inhaled, activates an enzyme called AMPK (AMP activated protein kinase) in your saliva. Coupled with regular exercise, AMPK helps your body to burn fat at an elevated level. This is because peppermints strong pleasant fragrance penetrates the amygdala (a group of nuclei within the brain associated with emotions) in the center of the brain in such a way that it influences appetite. Currently diffusing the famous LLP at home today. These 3 oils are so great for so many reasons, but even just as a happy blend. I like the combination of them as a smell; the lavender to relax yet the perk up! of the peppermint, and well lemon is always fresh!

Just received my Dec ER order and what a perfect way to start 2020. All of these natural, non-toxic products in our household. I love how the household cleaner works and does a perfect job! If you seen my last post, you wouldve seen that after 3 months Young Living sends you a FREE diffuser along with Lavender and Citrus Fresh! I thought Id post a great idea for this little sunny oil. Laundry Scent Booster! -1 cup Epsom salt... - cup baking soda (this is optional, but I find that my salt stays unclumped with the baking soda) -20 drops of essential oils (my favorite combo these days have been Citrus Fresh and Purification) -Mix together and store in an air tight container. -Put 2 tablespoons per load before putting laundry and soap in the wash. The Epsom salt will completely dissolve in water and will help get that scent into your laundry. It will also soften hard water. Remember that this will be a subtle scent to your laundry. Not the screaming, loud commercial scents were used to. Tell me which oils youll be trying or have tried for this laundry scent booster?

I love how Young Living Oils are so adaptable! My kids all have high fevers, colds, coughs, aches, etc. I made this coconut oil salve with Frankincense & Peppermint to reduce their fevers. I applied it down their spines, chests and bottoms of their feet. The next day, when their fevers were gone, I added Thieves to this salve for immunity support. There are so many uses for each 15 ml bottle of oil!
