They are so fresh and so perfectly dried. I was eating 10 apricots per day (re-hydrated in hot water for 15 minutes) with my homemade fermented cream and macadamia nuts (another great buy that makes heavenly combination with apricot) for about two weeks and I can feel my eyesight improved (most likely due to retinol (Vit A) that gets absorbed well with fats in the cream and macadamia nuts), my skin got firmer.
