During his time in the Elite Academy, Astel travelled to Czech for tournaments, as well as he is one of the few players who was given the opportunity to attend a pro training camp at Dynamo! We are beyond excited to be sending Astel to a program that we know he can have a large impact on. Good luck Astel!!

In coming with the Holiday season, we encourage our players to think of our community and others first. A couple of years ago, a tradition for our 2004 girls was born. Every year, these girls buy toys to donate to Toy Mountain to give to children who otherwise may not have any. So proud of these girls for the people they are!

COMMITTED One of our newer Ottawa TFC Elites, Juliann Lacasse, has committed to the University of Ottawa Juliann joined our club a little over a year ago and has made her mark in the Senior Elite Girls squad. Not only has she been a great GK addition to this squad, but she has been an amazing addition to our coaching staff helping our young aspiring keepers. The local youth GKs will definitely look forward to seeing one of their role models play on GeeGee’s turf! Good luck Juliann, we are so excited to watch you on home ground!

COMMITTED Sheridan Michel is an extended Elite Player who has committed to go to the University of Oklahoma next season to play as a Sooner Oklahoma is a NCAA Division 1 that competes in the Big 12 conference. Sheridan left our club in 2019 to further her soccer career, after being recognized for her talents, to play in the Ontario REX program. Although she isn’t with us full time, she always visits and trains with us when she returns home and holds a very strong place in this graduating class. Congratulations Sheridan, we all look forward to seeing what amazing things you accomplish in your University career

Ottawa TFC well represented over thanksgiving on local trails!! We received this picture through an email from @natnatbe (Ottawa TFC parent) expressing how appreciative they are of the club and all staff for assisting and supporting all our players, in a significant way, with their mental health and well being. This is truly what the club is about: creating a community based foundation where you can walk by your coaches on a trail and be confident talking with them and taking pictures outside of the training grounds. We appreciate all of our members and we are so grateful for all of your support over the past year. Nothing we do would be possible without our Red Army members. We promise to continue to do our best to help everyone through these crazy times
