Meet Orson and Olaf! Olaf was the winning name for our burly bull calf. He just looks like an Olaf. We'd been looking for Orson for a couple days now. His mom hid him well. He's joined the herd.... I thought we should have an Orson (Wells) as we already have an Oscar (Peterson) and an Otis (Redding).

Amazing that we can harvest more parsnips for future Fall Harvest boxes at this time in November! After they dry they'll got into our root cellar. The remainder will stay in the field until Spring.
