Just thought we would provide everyone with a little update. We are still a few weeks away from opening the truck. We have hit a few delays between repairs/upgrades on the truck and lockdowns causing parts to take a little longer to get here. But we cannot wait to get back out cooking as seeing all of you amazing people for a great summer of food!... We will have a couple of other announcements coming up so keep a look out ! What a year it has been ! Like most people, this year has certainly been tough for Francois and I. Operating our first year in business during a pandemic has proved to be challenging and not at all what we had hoped this year would be. Plans get thrown out the window, and at times you just have to make due with what you have been dealt. But we are incredibly thankful and humbled by the overwhelming support we received from the Kingston community. It is this support that hel...ps push us to ensure that 2021 will be a great success. * HOURS CHANGE TOMORROW * After much thought, we have made the decision to cut our hours short tomorrow. In hindsight it is probably what we should have done all week. With the changes in weather it has become increasingly difficult to run the truck. We have noticed that as the sun goes down things have become problematic. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.... We pride ourselves on providing the best quality meal we can, and we feel this is the best course of action to deliver that. So we will see you all tomorrow for one final hurrah! Get there early ! And thank you for all the support!

We seriously told ourselves we weren't going to do this again till next year....but the people kept asking. So we give the people what they want. It only seems fitting to have the Chili Chicken Sandwich as our last week special. It was by far the most asked about special we put out this year.
