With all of the Pinterest worthy, designer kitchens and luxurious bathrooms we see as we scroll through Instagram, it can sometimes be tough for buyers to see past the oak kitchen cabinets or the awkward bathroom layout when looking at homes. However, what can happen is it can cause you to stick ...with only wanting to look at homes that are entirely updated. That means the price goes up and you might have to sacrifice other important features like square footage, location or the type of lot you really want. This is where we come in! We want to help you keep your top priorities in mind when looking at homes and work around what you might not love about a house!
