As the Province moves the Fredericton Region into the RED Level all in person Masses at Our Lady of Peace Parish are cancelled until further notice. Mass will continue to be livestreamed Sunday mornings at 11:00 am via our Facebook page and a link posted soon after on our parish website at www.ourladyofpeacefredericton.ca. At this time, we are not sure about the distribution of Communion in the parking lot after the livestreamed Mass. We will let parishioners know as soon as possible if we are able to continue Communion distribution. Please note that during the RED Level the parish office is closed to all visitors. You may call the parish office during office hours, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Fr. John's reflection for this weekend.

Today the Province of New Brunswick has moved back into the "Orange" phase of recovery. This means that Mass is limited to 50 people with strict 2 meter social distancing at St. Anthony's and St. Theresa's Churches. St. Patrick's Church is limited to the number of people that can be accommodated with the strict 2 meter social - between 25 to 30 people. Attendance is on a first come basis. Masks must be worn at all times, including in the church parking lots. Singing is not allowed in the orange phase.

We are now taking reservations for Christmas Masses at all three of our parish churches, St. Anthony's, St. Patrick's and St. Theresa's. Please email or call Irene at the parish office at 444-6010 or [email protected]. When registering for Mass, please provide a main contact name, phone number, email address, the number of people attending, and the Mass that you would like to attend. We ask that all people that you are reserving for arrive together at... Mass. If this is not possible, separate reservations will need to be made and a new main contact name provided. People in your group must only include people in your contact bubble. Seating plans for all Mass times will be done ahead of time. As your group enters the church your name will be checked off the reservation list and you will be taken to your assigned seat. Seats will be assigned to ensure proper social distancing between contact bubbles, maximize the number of people who can attend Mass and to make the COVID screen process as fast as possible. Masks are required and if someone in your group is medically exempt from wearing a mask, please indicate when making a reservation. We have limited space to accommodate those who can not wear a mask. All Mass times and church capacity are subject to change if directed by the Province of New Brunswick.
