Did you know? Ozery Bakery emerged from the back of our family sandwich shop in 1998. I learned how to make pita bread from my grandmother and aunt, of Jewish Yemeni background. We never bought bread at the store, every meal had fresh pita bread made that day. when my father was growing up his house had a Taboon oven in the back yard, that’s where the fresh pitas were made daily....
