Dear Clients, Friends, Family At this time, we have made the decision to temporarily shut down our office and warehouse located in Mission BC. During this time we will still be operating but at a reduced level. We will be rescheduling all in-person meetings, but we will still be accessible by phone or email. We are committed to doing everything in our power to help slow the spread of the virus, as the health and safety of our fellow Canadians is of the utmost importance. If ...you are booked with us within the next few weeks, and your event is not affected by the new 50 person limit, we will honor the contracted services. We have put in to place several new procedures in hopes to minimize the potential spread of the virus. Some of these include: Sanitizing microphones between each use, and throughout the event. Laptops, mixers and all equipment used at events will be sanitized throughout the event, physical contact with this equipment will be limited to Painted Frog employee's. DJ’s and Technicians will be required to wear disposable gloves while cleaning microphones. Extra microphones will be provided and swapped out if any sneezing or coughing occurs. DJ’s and Technicians will also be instructed to wash their hands on a regular basis. For events that are not able to be cancelled, or events that will be limiting their audience size, we do offer webcasting services. We are able to stream your event live to Facebook or YouTube.
