April Superstar - James from Vancouver, BC. James was nominated by a member of the public. I wanted to compliment one James who went #AboveAndBeyond his role and responsibility. Yesterday my wife and I had a medical appointment for our baby at the pediatrician's office. As we had arrived five minutes early, we waited outside of the building. It was a cool and windy Vancouver morning, so James opened the door and waved us into the lobby, allowing the three of us to stay war...m. This was an unexpectedly kind and thoughtful offer. After waiting for 30 minutes, James asked us when our appointment was supposed to be and we told him that the doctor was probably running late by 30 minutes. Eventually, when we were called up to the doctor's office, the doctor apologized for the delay and noted that James had actually stopped by the office and reminded them that we were patiently waiting in the lobby (unbeknownst to us). He truly went above his responsibility and acted with #kindness and consideration. We need more people like James! Great customer service, James!

Paladin Security is proud to announce that ten of our officers have been honoured with the prestigious Canadian Security Lifesaver Award for saving a man’s life in Ontario. It happened at Square One Shopping Centre in the Greater Toronto Area, the second largest mall in Canada, on October 18th, 2020. The team found a man with no pulse lying on the flood of a crowded food court during the busy dinner hour. Through solid and consistent communication, they were able to revive ...him and send him to hospital in critical but stable condition. The team worked together flawlessly, and their work was praised by both EMS and the Mississauga Fire Department. The team was honoured with the award on January 25, 2021.
