National Trucking Week has come to a close and with it, our week of celebration. Here are a few more photos of the things that went on in the office.

In celebration of National Trucking Week, we have put on an event every September to celebrate our employees and the work they all do! Today, we had chips and salsa for a snack, and we played Flip Cup, men vs. women. The women won, and the men will look to tie ore or lead the standings tomorrow.

Its a workday miracle! We have hydro back in our shop and office, and we are so thankful for it. Big thanks to all the Hydro workers who have been working like crazy to get power restored in the area and also a big shoutout to our own staff for coming in to work despite the adverse conditions!

Last night, Paraclete Transport was honoured to be able to help support The Big Dig 2019, helping raise funds for STARS Air Ambulance in the province of Manitoba. Thank you to all who came and supported the great work they do for us!

Finished off Trucker appreciation week with a pulled pork & salad lunch for drivers, office staff and customers. As well as showed off our new trailer displaying our STARS support.

The Walk Across Canada challenge has almost completed, and next week we will find out whether the men will make it go Victoria or not. The women are expected to finish between Calgary and Victoria. Thanks to everyone who cheered us on, and well done to all our participants.

NATIONAL TRUCKING WEEK COMING UP!

We made it to Montreal this week, so we had poutine at work! Next stop, Belleville, Ontario! The men are 101 kilometres ahead of the women after this week.

Unfortunately, we have no picture this week, but neither team quite made it to Fredericton this last week. The women made quite a jump to be only 4km behind the men, so this will be an interesting week.

After two weeks, the men lead the ladies by 51 kilometers. The men are close to Charlottetown, which is about 2/3 the way to our first reward day. Next week could see one of the teams make landfall in Fredericton, NB.

Paraclete Transport strongly believes in the work done by STARS and we were privileged to be involved in the Critical Care On The Air radiothon. All together over $100,000 was raised to support STARS and we thank everyone for their generosity in this effort!

Delighted to be part of the STARS - critical care, on the air fund raiser again this year!

We are selling 3 - 2009 Trailmobile plate dry vans. They are 53 tandem, air ride trailers that are currently in use. Asking price is $16,500 each.

After one week, the teams are on the road across Canada, with the men taking the lead for now. The women are hoping to "step up their game" for next week. Here is a map showing our progress.

Paraclete Transport is very happy to add two new trucks to our fleet so that we can serve our customers better.

Today, Paraclete Transport is showing that we as a company want to take our own health seriously. As of today, we are starting a Walk-across-Canada challenge made up of two teams, men against women. Stay tuned for weekly updates to see how far each team has gone.
