THANK YOU SUMMER YOGA CAMP FAMILIES!! Wow there are no words to say how very grateful I am. This summer I was able to share so many wonderful weeks at yoga camp catering to over 70+ children! To witness the bonds these children developed with each other during their week was very heartwarming. I’m so very proud of how well the children demonstrated all the mindfulness techniques that were being taught and so grateful to see all the children blossom! Towards the end of each week I would hear I don’t want to leave I’m so sad this is our last day here this is the best camp ever I’m definitely coming back again next summer. Tears and hugs were shared all around! Thank you to all the families that believed in my programming, you are the reason I do what I do!

The best and the most beautiful things in the world can not be seen or even touched - they must be felt with the heart. Teaching children to live in moment. Teaching children about their breath. ... Teaching children emotional regulation. Teaching children the power of the mind. These are just a few things I take pride in teaching to children. At Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids we are very passionate about helping children learn these valuable techniques. How can this be taught at home? As parents we can be the example. Remembering that actions speak louder than words. It was such a pleasure interviewing Soo Yun owner of Art for Life 4 Kids and Kevin McDonagh who is a teacher at the studio. Soo and Kevin are amazing artists who have both worked for some well known companies such as Disney, Warner Bros, EA Sports to name a few and you can also find some of Kevin’s work in the newest release of The Nut Job 2. My daughter has had the pleasure of being in Soo’s class and now my eldest son is taking Kevin’s character animation class. I can’t believe how much they have learned it such a short period of time.
