Pasta Vino lost a true gem yesterday sadly one of our chefs, Mark Pawelchak, who has been off work for several months fighting a very aggressive leukemia, has succumbed to this horrible disease. Mark was an integral part of our Pasta Vino family since opening over 4 years ago. He was a dear friend to all of us, a mentor to our junior staff, a true role model employee and extremely loyal to us. He took such pride in his work, each and every dish was prepared to perfection and beautifully presented. Mark will be sorely missed by our team and all that knew and loved him. To honour our special friend we will be CLOSED TUESDAY OCTOBER 8th to host a private celebration of life. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
