I like how this gentlemen speaks with insight and passion regarding what can be a devastating and long-lasting condition. I particularly like how he broadens the view on options that can help with symptoms of depression. I often tell my clients that we all have a pharmacy within us, and that our actions and even our thoughts can help our "inner pharmacy" conspire against the depression. ... Sometimes its a difficult task, and it can take time, but indeed there are different ways in which depression can be overcome. Speaking with a trusted friend or family member and/or a professional is always a good start.
